Click Here to participate in the 6th annual community holiday fundraiser presented by the Kiwanis Club of Bartlesville: Bartlesville Holiday Wreaths & More.


Here are the highlights:


  • Wreath check in will be on Sunday, November 24,        1:00 – 4:30 pm at the Hilton Inn

  • The wreath display and silent auction will be a 9-day event at the Hilton Garden Inn from Monday, November 25 – Tuesday, December 3. This is Thanksgiving week and a great opportunity to share with out of town visitors.

  • There will be cash prizes for the top two Peoples' Choice wreaths. The winners will be determined by voting with event tickets during the finale event on December 3.

  • There will be an additional cash prize for the best theme wreath. In line with the Bartlesville Christmas parade, the theme for the 2019 event is “Christmas Around the World”. The theme wreath will be chosen by the parade Grand Marshal at the finale party.

  • Each participating organization will have an exhibit table in the Hilton Garden Inn ballroom during the event finale on December 3. This means additional fundraising and promotional opportunities!

  • As in the past, each participating organization will receive 100% of the proceeds from the sale of their wreath and any fundraising activities at their table during the finale event.


Please join us for a kickoff come and go light lunch on Friday, September 13, from 11-2 at Haskells' Event Space, 115 E Frank Phillips Blvd.  We'll answer questions you may have and share ideas for promoting your organization before and during the party.


Wreath designers will also be available during lunch to share wreath design tips. If you are new to the event or need help with creating a wreath for your organization, please bring your designer or let us know if you need help recruiting a designer.


You may complete your application and pay the fee online now, send it by mail or bring it to the lunch on September 13, but don’t miss out on this opportunity as space is limited.
